The place was peaceful, close to Double Six Beach, with beautiful gardens and shops nearby.

The breakfast has varied and appetising options with fruits, eggs cooked to order and the egg station. Great value, you're getting very good service. So we also would come here again, but we didn't have time.

Our Room is large enough to have a relux.

We were attached a lot of mosquitos.

The stay was very nice, and the location was perfect, just a 25-minute walk to the beach.

I wish the rooms were more Balinese with a "homy" atmosphere! They were ok but a little too cold and did not reflect Bali at all! Maybe it needs a little redecorating? The bathrooms were slightly old. Time for makeover i think!

The restaurant at this place offers delicious food at a good price and the location is beautiful, very close to Sarong Asian Fusion Restaurant.

Vila Lumbung is a nice hotel just outside the little city of Seminyak. Nice room, good service. Due to "communication issues with Booked.net" our first night was overbooked. By e-mail they told us to look for an other hotel during that first night, but we read that e-mail at the end of or holiday. When we arrived at the hotel, the nice receptionist told us about the problem and offered us a guesthouse for the night down the road. The guesthouse was a private villa with its own kitchen, swimmingpool, parkingplace. Sadly they overbooked the room just for one night! We would love to stay the whole four nights at this villa!

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The breakfastbuffet was nice, but not special. There was more to choose for Asian stomachs than for Western breakfastpreferences. The swimmingpool couldn't handle a big rainshower and had to be empty'd during 1,5 days. No use and a lot of noice. That was a shame!

Great service, lovely gardens and lagoon pools. Huge rooms, comfortable beds. Good array of breakfast; different hot food each day...plus regular cereal, fruit, toast, juice etc. heard bad things about the breakfast but I was happy with it.

The bungalow rooms are huge and romantic but a bit dark.... The marble bathrooms are also huge but the marble looks like it could do with a scrub. Some of the meals from room service are ordinary ie tough beef in the Nasi Goreng. They are better places for dinner.

I received a friendly welcome from very helpful staff at this newly renovated place with a bathtub.

Handy location in Ubud area, caring staff, everything was second to none. The deluxe room we were allocated in was brand-new. Greatly enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast.

We booked a downstairs bungalow but somehow this did not get received in our booking and we got stuck with an upstairs villa which we did not want. They did offer us to move two nights to a downstairs villa but then we had to move back to an upstairs villa which we did not want to do.
